Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is a Hindi-language TV show that is known for its romantic family story. In one episode, Surekha criticizes Abhinav for not having enough money and says that he can’t meet his son’s basic wants. She says that he is not as good as Abhimanyu, who comes from a good family and has the money to make Abhir’s every wish come true.
Muskaan hears what is being said and gets angry. She stands up for her brother and talks about how important his relationships are and how much he loves his family. The Goenkas help Muskaan, and Akshara goes to comfort Abhinav because she feels bad for him. Abhinav tells her he can make money for his son and will show everyone.
Manjiri and Abhimanyu plan to make a room for Abhir in their house, which upsets Ruhi and Aarohi. Akshara also tells her lawyer that she has panic attacks and worries that the Birlas might use her health problems against her in their custody fight over Abhir. But Mathur tells her that she is brave for telling him about her problems.
He tells her not to worry about fighting the Birlas because they will be ready. Abhinav gives her a smile and talks about how they used to live in Kasauli. He tells her that he used to watch her study and think she was so smart. But they both know that they can’t go back to Kasauli right now.
They can, however, move Kasauli to Udaipur. In the meantime, Ruhi asks Abhimanyu why Abhir wants to stay with them. She tells him that he said he would be her father, and she begs him not to bring Abhir home.
Abhir and Abhinav are shocked when Akshara and Muskaan invite Neela to their house. Abhir and Abhinav are happy to see Neela, but Surekha is not happy. Aarohi steps in and tells Ruhi to stop crying and come with her because no one is willing to help her.

Neela is pleased to receive the Goenkas’ cordial welcome. Swarna commends Neela for teaching Muskaan and Abhir moral principles. Manish requests that Akshara sings and greet Neela in her manner.
Akshara astonishes Neela with her enchanting voice. Kairav becomes frightened when he observes Neela glaring at him aggressively, but Muskaan reassures him, and the group laughs together. Abhir describes how Akshara would croon for Abhinav in Kasauli. Surekha attempts to belittle Neela, but Akshara and Abhinav defend her.
She ridicules Surekha for her inability to blend in with the family after spending years with them. Abhinav conveys his appreciation for Neela’s presence as he finds solace in her embrace. Neela discloses that she is there at Akshara’s request and blesses Abhinav’s future success.
Akshara presents Abhinav with a keychain bearing a family photograph and sends him well wishes for his new beginning. Later, Abhinav leaves off Nishta at the Birla residence, but he hesitates to collect payment.
Nishta requests that Abhimanyu instead pay the taxi driver. Abhimanyu is startled to see Abhinav and hopes he fails in his mission to capture Abhir. Abhinav, however, is resolute and promises to fight for his son.
