Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is an Indian Hindi-language TV show about a loving family. Shefali tells Manjiri that Akshara and Abhimanyu still have a chance to get back together because they haven’t moved on yet, and they have a son. She thinks that they should get back together as a family.
This news surprises Aarohi. Abhimanyu thinks about what Akshara said and feels hurt by it. He talks to Akshara and finds out that their love is so strong that it has stopped them from moving on with anyone else. Akshara knows she made a mistake, but she and Abhinav now want to move on.

Abhimanyu comes to do Abhir’s tests and spends time with his son. He asks Akshara to sign the forms and agree that the tests can be done.
Manjiri also shows up and insists on signing the papers as Abhir’s family. This makes her and Akshara fight, but in the end, Akshara signs the papers and Manjiri’s name is crossed out. During the talk, the woman tells Manjiri that Abhir is her son and that she is married to Abhinav.
She says with confidence that Abhir’s name is Abhir Sharma and that will never change. Manjiri tells her that Abhir is an heir to the Birla family and says that she wants to take him home even if it means taking the Sharmas to court. Manjiri says she will change Abhir Sharma into Abhir Birla.

Manjiri’s plans to go to court upset the Goenkas. Kairav suggests that they hire the best lawyer to protect themselves, while Manish tells everyone to stay calm and keep their relationship. Swarna recommends that they talk to Abhimanyu, who is also a family member and might understand their point of view. She also talks about how important it is to understand Manjiri and Abhimanyu’s fears.
Kairav says that if Abhimanyu takes Abhir away, it could lead to a custody fight in court and that they can’t lose him. Manish says he will talk to Manjiri and tells everyone to work together to find an answer. When Akshara and Abhinav see how bad the situation is, they start to feel scared.
Manjiri tells Abhir how much she loves him and wants him to be a part of her family. She also says that she can’t stand the thought of living without her child. Abhimanyu, meanwhile, sees how much pain and suffering his mother is in.

Abhimanyu is trying hard to make Manjiri feel better, and he wonders why she told the truth without talking to him first. He is worried that the custody fight will hurt Abhir and doesn’t want him to get hurt when his parents argue in court.
Kairav tells Manish to let the elders take care of the problem and not to go see Ruhi at Abhimanyu’s house. When Ruhi wants to talk to Abhir, Aarohi tells her off, but Shefali comes to her defense. Aarohi says that Shefali is cheating on Ruhi and doesn’t care about him. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that he can’t stand to see Abhir and Ruhi hurt.
Manjiri says she will fight Akshara and Abhinav, who kept Abhir away from Abhimanyu, and she demands that Abhimanyu file the custody case. They fight to see who gets to keep Abhir. Everyone is worried about Abhir and Ruhi and the situation is tense and intense.
