“Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” is a TV show on StarPlus that is in the Hindi language. The show tells the story of Akshara, who now lives in Kasauli and runs a jam business with her son Abhir, and Abhinav, who works as a tour guide.
Aarohi has grown up, and now she is raising her daughter Ruhi with the help of Abhimanyu, who is like a father to her. Senior doctors at Birla Hospital, both Aarohi and Abhimanyu work there as well.
Abhir thinks of Abhinav as his father, but Ruhi knows that her real father is Neil. When Abhir is told he has a heart problem, the doctors suggest that he have treatment with Abhimanyu Birla. Akshara and Abhinav have no other choice but to go to Udaipur for treatment. During this time, Kairav and Aarohi find out who Abhir’s real father is.

On April 29, 2023, episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH), Abheer cuts the cake and gives the first piece to Akshara. Abhinav is about to get the next piece when Abhimanyu comes in.
Abhinav looks shocked and feels like he’s losing his son as Abheer runs up to him and gives him a hug. Later, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he wants to spend more time with Abheer, but Akshara doesn’t want them to be together, so she takes him camping to keep them apart.
But fate gets in the way when Abhimanyu shows up at the same camp and surprises Akshara by being there. Will Akshara have to use the law to keep Abheer and Abhimanyu from getting together?
