Star Plus broadcasts the serial opera Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in Hindi. Alongside the primary story of Akshara and Naitik, the series explores the equally significant lives of their respective siblings.
The previous episodes centered on the lives of Naitik’s sisters, Nandini and Rashmi, and half-siblings. Varsha and Shaurya’s story in the series was similar to Akshara and Naitik’s. Varsha was her best friend of Akshara, while Shaurya was her older sibling. After several plot developments, Naira and Kartik became the show’s protagonists.
The series continued to follow the lives of Naksh, Gayu, Keerti, and Shubham, their siblings. Gayu was eliminated from the program, and Shubham passed away. Today, April 21, 2023, on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH), Abhimanyu is trying to figure out how to stop Akshara from going with Abheer. He looks over Abheer’s reports again to make sure he is healthy enough to travel while Akshara and Abhinav get ready to go to America.
But when Abhimanyu sees Abheer’s birth certificate, his world breaks apart, and he runs out of the hospital to stop them. Abheer asks Akshara why they are going to America. She tells him that the doctors there are the best and will quickly heal him. Abhinav takes Abheer inside when he says he needs to use the bathroom.
Abhimanyu stops their car angrily in front of the Goenka house and calls Akshara, making her feel scared. He says that she is keeping his son from him and that she doesn’t have the right to decide what is best for Abheer.
