Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is an Indian Hindi-language TV show about a loving family. In today’s show, Abhimanyu thinks about Akshara’s outburst and starts to cry when he thinks about his time with Abhir. He worries that something bad might happen to Abhir and doesn’t understand why he cares so much about him.
Abhimanyu compares Ruhi to Abhir and then sits there in shock. Arohi tells Abhinav that Abhir is fine, but that they might want to take him to the United States for better care. She tries to get Abhinav to take Abhir away from her.

Abhinav talks to Arohi about a memory where she tries to get him to take Abhir to the U.S. for better care, which Birla Hospital will pay for. Abhinav has faith in Abhimanyu, and he asks Arohi if Abhir will be treated better in the U.S. Arohi is able to persuade Abhinav that doctors and lawyers can’t take on the cases of people close to them because of their feelings.
In the present, Akshara asks why Arohi wants her to leave. She thinks Arohi is upset about something. Abhimanyu sends a message to Arohi wondering how Abhir is doing. She thinks that it’s best for Akshara and Abhinav to go to the US for Abhir’s care and that she made the right choice.
Kairav tries to cheer Akshara up, and she tells him that Arohi wants them to get Abhir treated in the United States. Kairav doesn’t trust Arohi’s idea and wonders if she knows what’s really going on with Abhir. Akshara tells Kairav that Abhinav is worried about Abhir’s tests and that she isn’t sure if she made the right choice by choosing Abhimanyu and Birla Hospital.
Kairav persuades Akshara to go to the United States so that Abhir can get better care there. Abhimanyu is worried about Abhir, and Rohan tells him that Akshara went to the hospital. Abhinav asks Akshara why she got Abhir’s report. She tells him that they should get Abhir’s care in the United States.
Abhinav says over and over that Abhimanyu is the best choice for Abhir. Abhinav and Akshara have a fight about taking Abhir to the United States. Abhimanyu cuts them off and says that Akshara can’t take Abhir without his approval. Akshara says she has chosen to move to the US with Abhir and won’t change her mind.
Abhimanyu tries to get Akshara to change her mind about taking Abhir, but she is set on it. She wants to thank Abhimanyu for everything he has done for Abhir so far. When Abhir gets better, Abhimanyu tells Akshara to thank him, and he tells Abhinav and the Goenkas to talk to Akshara.
