Even though the list of guests is a secret, some stars have hinted at their attendance. For example, Kim Kardashian revealed her attendance in an Instagram post.
After rumors about whether or not she would go to the yearly event, Kardashian posted a picture on Instagram of herself with Lagerfeld’s cat Choupette to prove she would be there.
“Went on a date in Paris with @choupetteofficiel. Then, we went to @karllagerfeld’s office for a while to get some ideas for the Met,” she wrote.
Who won’t be there is just as interesting, like Blake Lively, who didn’t show up.

(On Monday, April 24, she was seen having dinner with her sister in Hollywood.) But that didn’t stop one fan from making a Photoshopped picture of Gomez in Lily James’ Met Gala 2022 dress. The picture went popular on Twitter and got more likes than anyone’s real Met Gala look, as the celebrity news fan account PopFaction pointed out.
Twitter checked the information in the post and said that Gomez did not go this year. Still, more than 22 million people saw the picture, and more than 3929,000 people liked it. This shows how famous Gomez is and how much fans want to see her at the Met Gala again.
