What Happened to Bam Margera? When Bam Margera said that he was declared dead after having five seizures during Covid 19, reports spread that he had died.
Margera is famous for being one of the stars of the MTV reality stunt show Jackass and its sequels. He used to be a professional skateboarder and stunt artist.
The 43-year-old also made shows like Viva La Bam, Bam’s World Domination, Bam’s Bad Ass Game Show, and Bam’s Unholy Union that were like spin-offs of Jackass. Margera is also a movie director. He was in charge of Haggard and Minghags.
Bam Margera’s Death: Is He Dead or Alive?
As of February 2023, reports that Bam Margera has died are not true. He is still alive and well. Margera said that last year, when he was very sick with Covid-19, he was declared dead.
TMZ says that the 43-year-old was taken to the hospital in early December 2022 because he had a serious case of pneumonia. When he was in the hospital for his asthma, he tested positive for COVID-19. This made things worse.
Since then, the Jackass star has been put on a breathing machine and taken to the ICU. To make matters worse, Margera is said to have had five seizures during that time, which caused doctors to say he was dead once.
Margera’s health got better, and he was able to get over the illness. In 2022, Bam spent a lot of time in and out of rehab as he worked through a one-year program for booze and drug abuse.
In 2023, Bam talked to Steve-O, who worked with him on Jackass, on an episode of his “Wild Ride” show.
This week, the show came out, and in it, the two friends talked about the health scare Margera had in December 2022.
Margera remembered that he was said to be dead on December 8 and that he had four seizures that lasted between 10 and 20 minutes each.
During his fourth seizure, he bit his tongue so hard that “it was nearly falling off.” It grew so big that he couldn’t put it in his mouth anymore.
He got asthma from drinking the blood, which was full of germs. After Bam had his fifth seizure, he needed a tube down his throat to help him breathe.
When the Jackass star woke up, he thought it had only been a few hours, but it was actually the fifth day. Margera told Steve-O that he had spent eight days in the hospital. The 43-year-old has gotten better and is now fit, which is good news.
