Exam Pattern for SSC MTS Paper 1
- Except for the English component, the SSC MTS 2023 Paper I will be administered in 15 different languages.
- The computer-based examination will be held in two sessions.
- Both Sessions I and II will be required to be attempted.
- The candidate will be disqualified if they do not attend any of the sessions.
- In Session 2, there will be a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect response, but there will be no negative marking in Session 1.
- There will be additional timing for visually impaired cerebral palsy patients.
- The marking system will be normalized.

SSC MTS Syllabus 2023 for Paper 1
This year, the commission will administer the SSC MTS 2023 Exam in a new format that will include only CBE and no Tier-2 Exam.
