The candidates should be aware that the link to apply online for SSC MTS 2024 will be activated along with the notification. The deadline to apply online for the SSC MTS 2024 applications is June 6, 2024. The Commission will hold the SSC MTS 2024 exam in July/August 2024. The SSC MTS exam is held for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Non-Technical and Havaladar Post.

SSC MTS Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the SSC MTS 2024, candidates must meet the minimum eligibility requirements set by the SSC.
- To apply for the MTS position in CBN (Department of Revenue), candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- The candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27 to apply for certain positions as MTS in CBIC (Department of Revenue).
- In order to be eligible, they need to have passed the matriculation (Class 10th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
How to Apply for SSC MTS 2024 Application?
Here are the steps for candidates to fill out the SSC MTS 2024 application:
- Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in
- Use your SSC registration number and password to log in.
- You will see the SSC Exam Dashboard on your screen.
- Choose the SSC MTS 2024 exam information board
- To apply, simply click on the “Apply Online” button.
- The online application for SSC MTS 2024 will be displayed on the screen, with most of the details already filled in.
- In the application form, candidates need to provide their preferred examination center and state.
- Please upload the image of your recent photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee for SSC MTS 2024
- Please review the declaration.
- Please submit the application form for SSC MTS 2024.
Candidates must remember that they need to pay the SSC MTS 2024 application fee in order for their application form to be accepted, unless they fall into one of the exempted categories.
SSC MTS Application Fee 2024
Once the candidates have completed the application form for SSC MTS 2024, they will need to pay for the SSC MTS Application Form 2024. The payment can be made online using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or other online methods, or it can be made offline.
- The candidates will need to pay Rs.100/- to obtain the SSC MTS Application Form for the year 2024.
- You can make the payment online using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit Cards.
- You can also make the payment offline by paying in cash at SBI Branches using the SBI Challan.
- Women and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD/ESM or eligible for other reservations are exempt from paying the SSC MTS Application Fees for 2024.
- Applications that do not include the fee payment will not be considered for further processing.

SSC MTS Selection Process
To be recruited under SSC MTS, candidates must meet the minimum eligibility requirements and pass the examination. The candidates will need to complete the SSC MTS Selection Process, which includes a Computer Based Test. Candidates who pass the CBT (Computer-Based Test) are eligible to attend the Document Verification.
The selection process for SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) usually has two stages:
- Paper-I (Computer-Based Examination)​
- Paper-II (Descriptive Paper)
- The final selection is made after considering candidates’ performance in Paper-I and Paper-II, and they are allocated to different government departments and offices for the post of Multi-Tasking Staff.
