Where to Claim the Prize?
If you really are the winner, sign and write your name on the back of the winning ticket. Bring and show two (2) valid IDs to prove who you are.
The PCSO head office is at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. Corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City. This is where the jackpot prizes can be claimed. Under the TRAIN Law, 20% of the jackpot prize is taxed.
PCSO carefully checks all tickets that can be claimed. People are reminded that they take dealing with fake or tampered tickets very seriously. If anyone tries to claim their prizes with, they won’t honor it. In the same way, prizes worth less than P10,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO Branch.

Aside from lottopcso.com, players can also watch the PCSO lotto draws live on PTV, Facebook, and Twitter through their online accounts. The lotto draws are also shown on the official PCSO accounts. When there are important national holidays or other special events, the PCSO lets people know days ahead of time that draws will not happen.
Quick Reminder for PCSO Lotto Winners
If you win, your lottery ticket is good for one (1) year. Prizes that aren’t claimed within one (1) year will be lost. Also, the player is the only one who is responsible for making sure that the information printed on the ticket is correct. This includes the type of bet, the amount of the bet, the date of the draw you want to enter, and the numbers you want to play.
Players under the age of eighteen (18) can’t play any PCSO games. Also, don’t buy a lottery ticket from someone who says they know the winning numbers and tickets. You can only get it from PCSO stores that are allowed to sell it.
Do not put the ticket somewhere that is very hot. Remember that PCSO tickets are sensitive to heat, and PCSO won’t honor tickets that are too badly damaged.
