Residents of Hidden Hills Start a Petition to Get Rid of Minaj and Petty

A local named Beverly Bardan has also started a Change.org petition to get Minaj and Petty to leave their home. So far, more than 500 people have signed the petition, which is called “Say No to Sex Offenders in Hidden Hills.”

“Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sexual offender who tried to rape a 16-year-old girl. He is very likely to do it again.” He was also convicted of killing another person. He is currently under house arrest because he did not register as a sexual offender in California as the law requires,” says the plea.

In 1995, Petty Was Found Guilty of Rape

Petty is a sexual criminal because he tried to rape a 16-year-old girl in 1995 and was found guilty of first-degree attempted rape. He was also 16 at the time, and he went to jail for four years. After the reaction, Minaj talked about her husband’s conviction and said, “He was 15, she was 16, and they were together. But go away, Internet, you can’t run my life.”

He was arrested again in 2020 for not registering as a sex offender when he moved to California after getting married to Minaj. At the time, the judge gave him three years of probation, one year of home detention, and a $55,000 fine. He is getting close to the end of his time at home.
