“Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin” is an Indian Hindi-language thriller that made its debut on Star Plus on October 5, 2020. In the plot, Sai and Savi move into the house even though Pakhi doesn’t want them to. Later, a surgeon named Dr. Satya Adhikari comes to the hospital. His careless actions make Sai angry.
Satya’s mother, Amba, tells him he needs to get married because he still cares about his dead girlfriend. After that, Pakhi sues Pulkit and Sai, saying that they took out her uterus.
Pakhi does not win the case, though. In the end, Vinayak and Sai makeup, and Sai chooses to leave the house. Virat, meanwhile, goes on a job, but he gets shot. Sai gets to the place, and Virat tells her he loves her.
Sai decides to leave Virat for good because she is afraid she will mess up Pakhi’s wedding life. Virat puts her in the house and locks the door, but Sai gets out. Virat goes after Sai to find her, and they finally meet at a public event where Bhavani is the main guest.
