“Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin” is a Hindi-language Indian television drama series. In the episode aired on May 11th, 2023, Virat asks Kadam for any updates from the control room, but Kadam has no information on Patralekha’s whereabouts. Virat agrees with Kadam’s efforts and decides that they need to find Patralekha by the evening.
Meanwhile, Sai overhears Virat’s conversation and assures him that Patralekha will come home for Vinayak’s birthday. However, Virat blames Sai for the chaos and tells her to stop coming in front of him since she left him for good. He also accuses Sai of not caring for anyone other than Satya and his family.
Virat reveals that he is only tolerating Sai for Vinayak’s sake and that once he finds Patralekha and settles Vinayak, he won’t see her again. In another scene, Satya and Savi are making a card for Vinayak’s birthday when Vinayak calls Satya to invite him to the party. Before Satya can respond, Savi assures Vinayak that both Sai and Satya will attend the party.
However, Sai comes home looking sad and miserable. Satya tells her about Vinayak’s invitation, but Sai worries about the drama that Virat and Bhavani might create by seeing Satya at the party.
Amba appears and instructs Sai to attend the party with Satya since he has married her. Amba also asks Sai to ensure that they return on time for Satya’s colleague’s dinner party.

At the party, Sai notices Satya’s confusion and tells him that she is only thinking about Vinayak, who needs the support of his loved ones in Patralekha’s absence. Later, Aaji asks Amba why she wants Satya to go with Sai when she is against their marriage. Amba explains that she wants Sai to spend time with Satya, so she can come to terms with her past and move on in life.
At the party, Savi and Gauri tease Satya for not shaving his beard, but he defends it. Sai tells them that she prefers clean-shaven men, and Satya agrees to shave. Bhavani and Ninad wish Vinayak a happy birthday and express regret over Ashwini’s absence. Vinayak asks Virat about Patralekha, and Virat reassures him that they are searching for her.
Savi arrives at the party with Sai and Satya, making Virat angry. Vinayak hugs Sai, and Sonali and Omkar criticize Sai for bringing Satya. Bhavani is about to insult them when Vinayak thanks them for coming.
Sai blesses Vinayak, and Bhavani tells Harini to end the party quickly because she cannot stand Satya in her home for long.
