“Faltu” is a Hindi drama TV show that stars Niharika Chouksey and Aakash Ahuja. It is made by Boyhood Productions. Faltu Singh is a young girl from Rajasthan who comes from a traditional family.
The show is about her life. Ayaan, a close friend, falls in love with her, but he ends up marrying Tanisha Merani instead. He soon realizes his mistake. Tanisha gets jealous of Faltu and plans to hurt her. This causes Ayaan and Faltu to misunderstand each other. But in the end, the truth comes out and Tanisha is found out.

Nonetheless, she experiences an abrupt stomachache and loses her balance. Faltu vomits blood in response to the coach’s offer of water. The coach summons Faltu’s guardian and a physician while holding Faltu’s head in her lap.
