- First, you have to go to the part and scroll down to the section called “Report Side Effects.” Click on “Report Now” there.
- Then there will be a new window. There, you have to enter your registered Mobile number that you used to sign up for the Co-win dose before you can report Side Effects.
- Then click the red button that says “Generate OTP.” The OTP will then be sent to the number.
- Enter the OTP where it says to. After that, you’ll see a window where you can type the side effects you had.
How to Sign Up for Self-Registration CoWIN?

- After that, click the Get OTP button at the end of the page.
- Then, the OTP will be sent to the number you put in the “Mobile number registered” box.
- Enter the OTP and Click on Verify & Proceed button at the end.
- Then you will be registered, and you will get information about vaccinations in your neighbourhood. So, you will also get your third dose, called a “booster.”
