The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the three-hour Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) to choose applicants for MBA/PGDM programs. One of the most well-liked MBA entry examinations in India is the CMAT. Every year, about 70,000 individuals apply to take the exam. There will be two shifts on May 4 for the Common Management Admission Test, or CMAT 2023. Exams for shifts 1 and 2 were given from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., while shift 2 exams were held from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
There will be three hours allotted for the exam, and there will be 100 questions on the 400-mark question paper. Only English will be used for the question paper’s format.
The exam must be passed in order for candidates who wish to enrol in management programs at AICTE-affiliated or participating institutions to be considered.

Exam Day Instructions For CMAT 2023
Candidates taking the CMAT 2023 exam must study hard both before and on the day of the test. On the day of the exam, they need to remember the following:
- Keep two printed copies of your CMAT admit card with you at all times. The admit card cannot be used as a valid document if it is digital, scanned, or in a photocopy.
- Arrive at the reporting time specified on your admit card at the CMAT exam centre.
- Bring no electronic devices to the exam site. It’s also suggested that you leave the expensive stuff at home.
- Carry a photo ID as a backup form of identification together with your CMAT 2023 admission card. Any of the following documents may be used as identification:
