The board of directors of C&F Financial Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents per share, payable to shareholders of record on March 15, 2023, and payable on April 1, 2023.

This dividend represents a 5% increase compared to the prior quarter’s dividend of 42 cents per share. The board continuously evaluates the number of cash dividends per share and the resulting payout ratio, taking into account changes in economic conditions, current and anticipated future earnings, and current and future capital requirements.
