CAT Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) categories) from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
  • Candidates can also apply if they are in their final year of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification exam or if they have finished their degree requirements and are waiting for their results.
  • The candidate’s percentage of marks for the bachelor’s degree would be calculated based on how the university or institution where the degree was earned does things.

How to Fill Out Application Form for CAT Exam 2023?

How to Download CAT 2023 Admit Card?

The only place you can get your CAT admit card in 2023 is on the official website. Candidates needed to follow the steps below to get their CAT 2023 admit card:

  • Visit the official CAT 2023 website – iimcat.ac.in and Click on ‘Login’
  • Enter the registration ID and password
  • Click on ‘admit card’
  • Click on download and save the admit card on a desktop
  • Get a copy of the CAT 2023 admission ticket.

CAT 2023 Result 

The results of the CAT 2023 will be made public in the last week of December 2023 or the first week of January 2024. Candidates will be able to download their CAT 2023 scorecards from the IIMCAT website using their login ID and username. Each candidate’s name, registration number, category, photo, sectional score, overall score, sectional percentile, and overall percentile will all be on the result cum scorecard for the CAT in 2023.

In 2022, the CAT result was released on December 21 at 5:00 PM. Out of 2.22 million people who took the test, 11 got a perfect score of 100 percentile. All of the top students were men, and 10 of them did not have a background in engineering. About 22 people got a 99.99 percentile score, and one of them was a woman.
