Anupamaa is a Hindi-language television drama series. During the show, Kavya tells the family that she started dating Vanraj when she felt like Anirudh’s heart was moving away from her. She knows that what she did was wrong, but she is still a person with feelings and pain.
Kavya says she cheated on Anupama with Vanraj, and she says she’s sorry for what she did. She says that she worked hard to get to know the whole family, but she knows she will never be able to substitute for Anupama. She tells Leela that she tried to be a good wife, but Vanraj didn’t feel the same way about her.
Kavya tells Vanraj that she loved him more than he did. This hurts her a lot. She can’t stay with Vanraj as long as he doesn’t treat her with respect. She tells her family that she is going, and they try to talk her out of it. But she won’t change her mind and says goodbye to everyone with tears in her eyes.
Vanraj tells Kavya to leave and never come back. He doesn’t understand why she wants to leave. Kavya laughs at what he is thinking and tells him that she will never come back to him.
She says that no one is happy with him and no one wants to be with him because he is hard to live with and that he will end up alone. Kavya makes fun of him and tells him his whole family will die.

Hasmukh gave Kavya his permission to leave, and she cried as she left the house in front of Vanraj. Vanraj then had a heart attack and fell down, so Leela called Anupama to tell her what had happened. Anupama went right to the hospital to see the Shah family. Leela hugged her and cried when she saw her.
Paritosh then told Leela about the fight between Vanraj and Kavya. Leela thought that Vanraj was having trouble because his and Kavya’s wives had left them. At the hospital, they talked to a doctor who told them that it would have been hard to save Vanraj if they had come any later because he had had a heart attack.
Leela started to cry, so she begged the doctor to save her son. When Vanraj finally saw his whole family, he told them he was fine and asked about Anupama’s arrival. Anupama reassured Pakhi and told her that Vanraj was strong and wouldn’t give up.
Pakhi apologized for not being able to bring Anuj and Anupama together and said that she felt like no couple in the family was happy.Leela told Vanraj that Anupama had come to see him. Hasmukh told Vanraj that Anupama had done this out of kindness and for the family’s sake.
Vanraj asked about Kavya because he was tricked into thinking that Anupama still cared about him. Leela refused to call her because she was the reason why he was in this state. Vanraj knew he was wrong to take Kavya for granted and think she would never leave him, but he didn’t want to bother Kavya’s family anymore.
Anupama told Pakhi that it wasn’t her mistake and that she loved Anuj very much, but she didn’t expect the same in return. Malti Devi, a new figure, was finally going to show up.
