Anupamaa is a Hindi-language television drama series from India. Anupamaa starts teaching her first group of dance students in one show. She sees a young girl watching them from outside. She wants to learn but is afraid to ask for her father’s approval. Anupamaa goes up to the girl and tells her that she should join her dance class.
But the girl’s father, who sells vegetables, scolds her and tells her that poor people don’t dance. Later, Anupamaa talks to the man and tells him that money can’t buy happiness and that everyone should have access to education and art. She offers to teach his daughter for free because she knows that they are having trouble making ends meet.
The man says he’s sorry for not being able to help and gladly accepts Anupamaa’s offer. She starts giving the girl free dance lessons because she wants to share her love of dance and make a difference in her community.

Anupama 19th April 2023: Leela Brings Gifts From Vanraj’s Side for Anupama!
Anupama says that everyone should do something nice for at least one other person and that this will make society better. She thinks that if everyone helped each other, the world would be a better place. Anupama chooses to help the girl with her schoolwork and also teach her how to dance.
She brings the girl home, which makes Kanta and Bhavesh proud. The man thanks Anupama for being so kind. In the meantime, Pakhi goes back to her in-laws to bother Barkha, whether Barkha wants her there or not. She tells them that she has come back, which makes Adhik happy.
When Anupama’s dance class is over, Kanta and Bhavesh ask them to eat. Anuj is someone Anupama misses, and Kanta lets her think about him. Leela surprises them with a visit, and Pakhi tells Barkha that she wants everything to be the way Anupama used to keep it. She tells Ankush and Adhik to have an Indian breakfast and says that Anuj and Anupama will come home.
She tells Adhik that she wants to stay with him. Barkha wonders why Pakhi would cause trouble if she was going to come back anyway. Pakhi says that she didn’t know that Barkha would try to take Anupama’s place. She warns Barkha.
Leela and Kanta get into a verbal fight, and Leela gives Anupama a shagun to help her start over. She is happy that Anupama started her dance school. Leela also doesn’t like how Samar helps Dimpy. She tells Anupama that being good doesn’t always make things better.
But she tells Anupama that she has a heart of gold. Kanta says that Leela isn’t a good mother-in-law to Anupama and tells her to leave. Pakhi sets the table for Anuj and Anupama because she wants them to come home soon. She asks Ankush if she can work at the office, and he says yes. Adhik is also pleased with what Pakhi did.
Barkha starts to worry, though, when Ankush gets the bad news that they need Anuj back at the office. Barkha doesn’t want Anuj to come back because she’s afraid that if he does, he and Anupama will get back together. Leela brings treats and gifts from Vanraj’s side, but Kanta tells her to leave and take the gifts with her.
Anupama tells Leela that she and Vanraj used to be mean to her, and she doesn’t want to talk about Vanraj anymore. When Anuj talks to Anupama and asks how long he can stay, he feels better. Anu tells him that he should stay with Anupama because she would miss him. She will also go see them both. Anuj chooses to return to Anupama.
