The Asur Web Series is a special effort created by Oni Sen in partnership with the original Asur OTT series creators, Gaurav Shukla and Vibhav Shikdar.
Arshad Warsi, Barun Sobti, Anupriya Goenka, Ridhi Dogra, Amey Wagh, and Vishesh Bansal will all reprise their roles.
In the upcoming season, we will see a squad of detectives working to stop a group of evil-minded killers and criminals.
Asur follows Nikhil Nair, a forensic expert-turned-teacher, who returns to the Central Bureau of Investigation and finds himself in a cat-and-mouse game with a brutal serial killer in Varanasi.
At the end, we see the real shubh making his way back to the police team after everyone assumed he was dead.
As we know, Voot premiered this web series. Thus, the second season should appear on the same service.
Asur Season 1 is one of the highest-rated Hindi web series, with an 8.4/10 rating on IMDb.
The first few episodes were very well-executed and at times, I believe, the makers were successful in injecting fear and thrills into the minds of the viewers.
All of Asur’s devoted followers eagerly anticipate the show’s second season’s arrival on Voot. The second season of Asur was released on June or July of 2022.
